LUJUMWA NATHAN
It gives me great pleasure to be part of this team, allow me use this opportunity to thank you for the warm welcome you extended to me and the work well done. Since I reported on duty, I have had an opportunity to interact with some of the stakeholders in the District. The warm welcome expressed by both the political wing, and the entire technical team is amazing. I have come to join the team to develop Lwengo through streamlined project planning, monitoring, transparency and accountability, efficient communication and general improved service. With the above perspective in mind, I hope we shall develop the district and achieve the government vision of attaining a middle class economy by 2040. As a CAO, I consider myself the leader of the team who cannot achieve everything without the support of other players, I therefore call for team work. My office is and will always open for any inquiry, so comrades feel free to interact with me always. I therefore request both the technical and the political wing to help achieve our dream. I also appeal to all stakeholders including Advocacy groups, the press, the civil society and the Business council to support government programmes. The journey to Lwengo’s success demands committed, transformational and dedicated leaders supported by a dedicated, forward looking and multi skilled civil service. We should believe in ourselves and realize that resources may be limited but our creativity to exploit our strategic, physical and environment opportunities must not be limited. I therefore implore you to work for the betterment of the livelihood of the people of Lwengo. FOR GOD AND MY COUNTRY.
